W.O.W. (Women On Weights)
Learn how you can get all the benefits of resistance training without confusion or intimidation. Our friendly qualified trainers will teach you all the basics of strength training, proper technique, benefits of resistance training and plenty of hands-on experience in the free-weight room. W.O.W. focuses on building strength and cardiovascular endurance while toning as well as reducing your body fat. You'll also learn eating strategies to help you lose weight. The class will meet once a week for 6 weeks and only 6 participants will be allowed in each class. Now's your chance to lose weight and to permanently keep it off.

Senior Circuit - Just For Seniors!
Do you ever feel stiff after sitting for a long time? Is getting out of a chair sometimes difficult for you? How about getting in and out of a car, or going up and down stairs? If so, let our certified trainers work you through a circuit designed specifically to build functional strength and endurance.

This program is also ideal for those not familiar with weights or machines. You will focus on various muscle groups and cardiovascular conditioning to get you moving, lifting and feeling great, not to mention, you'll meet other people with similar goals and interests. Tuesdays 1-2 pm.
